2. The short version

We only process personal data to the extent necessary to operate this website and handle your requests. We use no analytics or marketing tools, embed no tracking pixels or social media plugins, and set no cookies for visitors.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website runs on a server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in a data center in Germany.

With every request, the web server automatically processes data transmitted by your browser (server log files):

  • IP address
  • date and time of access
  • requested page and amount of data transferred
  • HTTP status code
  • previously visited page (referrer)
  • browser and operating system (user agent)

We need this data to deliver the website and to keep it secure and stable, for example to fend off attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log files are deleted automatically after 14 days.

4. Cookies, local storage and fonts

This website sets no cookies for visitors. Your browser storage (localStorage) may only hold your color scheme preference; this information never leaves your device. Technically necessary cookies are only set for logged-in editors in the admin area.

Fonts and all other content are served from our own server. No connections are made to Google Fonts, content delivery networks or other third parties.

5. Contact form and discovery call requests

When you send us a request via the contact form, we process the data you enter: name, business email address, shop URL, ad channel, your area of interest and, optionally, your main goal. On the Brazilian site you may optionally also provide a WhatsApp number.

The data is stored in the database on our server and additionally delivered to us by email. We use it exclusively to answer your request and schedule the discovery call. We do not ask for access to your systems at this stage.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps at your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering requests).

6. Call booking

When you book a call via our website, we process your name, email address, optional message, the chosen time slot and the language of the page. You receive a confirmation by email and we are notified of the booking. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. If the call takes place via video conference, we will name the service used in the invitation.

7. Email

For our mailbox and for sending notifications and confirmations we use Proton Mail by Proton AG, Route de la Galaise 32, 1228 Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland. The European Commission has issued an adequacy decision for Switzerland (Art. 45 GDPR).

If you contact us by email, we process your email address and the content of your message to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).

8. WhatsApp

If you voluntarily provide your WhatsApp number in the form, we may also contact you via WhatsApp (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). In that case, data is transmitted through the services of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. and Meta Platforms, Inc. (USA); Meta is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

9. Recipients

Your data is processed on our server in Germany; emails are delivered via Proton (Switzerland). We do not pass data on to other third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so.

10. Retention

We store personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes stated. We delete requests and bookings once they have been fully handled and no business relationship results from them. If a contract is concluded, statutory retention periods apply, in particular under commercial and tax law.

11. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • withdraw consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is:

12. Provision of data, no automated decisions

Providing your data is voluntary. Without the fields marked as required, however, we cannot process your request. No automated decision-making, including profiling (Art. 22 GDPR), takes place.

13. Encryption

This website uses TLS encryption (HTTPS) to protect transmitted data.
