Find the campaigns that pay, and the ones just along for the ride.
Commerce Intelligence wires your ad spend into your shop data and web analytics. Every month you get a human-reviewed report with three prioritized recommendations.
The analysis separates what the data proves, which explanations are plausible and which next step can be put to the test.
Campaign economics · monthly report
- Campaign A · ad spend per won customer
- €60
- Campaign B · ad spend per won customer
- €150
- Data quality
- margins & returns missing
Priority 1
Compare lead quality, then run a capped budget test in favour of A.
Early signal from only a few closed deals. Not a client result.
Four questions. Answered with your data.
How profitable are your campaigns, really?
We put ad spend next to attributed sales. Whatever data on returns and margin is available goes straight into the verdict.
Where does buying intent leak away?
We hunt for differences between campaigns, landing pages and devices, and for anomalies on the path to purchase.
How solid is your measurement?
We probe for tracking gaps, contradictory results and data that simply isn't comparable.
Which move takes priority right now?
You get concrete recommendations with evidence, an honest uncertainty rating and a defined success criterion.
This is what your report could look like.
The numbers illustrate how we work. They are not a client result. Assumes a comparable period in which the usual sales cycle has fully played out.
| Campaign | Ad spend | Leads | Won customers | Attributed revenue |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A | €600 | 40 | 10 | €2,000 |
| B | €600 | 80 | 4 | €800 |
Campaign A
- Ad spend
- €600
- Leads
- 40
- Won customers
- 10
- Attributed revenue
- €2,000
Campaign B
- Ad spend
- €600
- Leads
- 80
- Won customers
- 4
- Attributed revenue
- €800
Finding
Campaign B produces cheaper leads, but a higher ad spend per won customer: €150 versus €60 for Campaign A.
Possible explanation
B's leads may simply be a weaker fit for the offer. Differences in follow-up speed or in the offers sent could also be skewing the result.
Recommended next step
Compare lead quality and follow-up. If the pattern holds, run a capped budget test in favour of A.
Success criterion
Track cost per won customer and close rate over the next mature comparison window.
Robustness
An early signal from only a few closed deals. Bigger budget decisions need more data. Attributed revenue does not yet prove that the ads caused additional sales, and this example lacks the margins and returns needed to judge profitability.

Questions you're probably asking.
Do we need a new host or a new analytics system?
We start by examining your existing setup. If the data we need can be pulled from it, that's what we build on.
Do we need a CRM?
For shops, order and return data can be enough. For businesses with enquiries and later closings, we need a way to match enquiries to won deals. A simple, well-kept list can do the job at first.
Do you calculate our actual profit?
That depends on the cost and margin data available. We distinguish between attributed revenue, ad spend and whatever contribution-margin information exists. The report states exactly which costs are included.
Do you guarantee more revenue?
We deliver a transparent basis for decisions and concrete improvement proposals. Business results also depend on your offer, demand and execution.
How are the recommendations created?
KPIs and anomalies are calculated. Automated analysis supports the work; every recommendation is reviewed by an expert before it reaches you.
